The female is still in pre-molt, so I don't know about her feeding habits and have left her alone. As info, I placed a frozen/thawed fuzzy in the male's hide on the 25th with no result. On the 26th I placed a live fuzzy and a frozen/thawed fuzzy in the hide together and checked back after about six hours. Both live and dead prey were eaten. That has always been one of my favorite methods for getting a snake to take F/T food. I will repeat the same procedure again. The third feeding will be attempted with only F/T food. This usually works for me. Just thought I would share this info with you as you have been very helpful and you might be able to put it to good use with the others you have and any you may get in the future. This was completely expected and it is hard to find dealers who sell them because they are from Asia and usually come in in questionable shape, so I am honestly glad that I found someone who carries them from time to time and you will likely hear from me again to order more. I would sincerely like to be able to breed these guys in captivity. I am very lucky because I am a warm aquaintance of NERD and live close to them so I have at hand all the help and info that I need. The sunbeams are in their humid bin warming up and getting rehydrated and that is the big chore. But as I said this was my expectation and I have done this successfully before. So at least you know that they have come to a good home who will put in the necessary effort on them. The water snake was already fiesty when he got in, lifting his head with an open mouth at my husband...it was pretty cute, we both laughed...lol. He is in a bin with a nice big pool to use as he wishes. We have also had a water snake in the past, so we are acquainted with their sometimes odd feeding demands. The skinks are in a beautiful vivarium and what can I say about them they are jewels, and appear perfect in every way! This is a new species for us to keep but we are experienced with many herps and they are in excellent shape so I feel this will go very well! I'm sorry it took so long to get back to you, we have a four month old baby, a twelve year old son, and my deceased sister's three teens, needless to say it’s a busy household. I just wanted to say Thanks for the hearty "God Bless". It is very refreshing in today's world. And with this family I will take all the blessings offered! All the creatures came in between 10 and 10:30 and we were ready and waiting for them. We let them warm to room temp first for about an hour and then went to task settling each in their new homes. We finished inspecting each and getting them in their homes and an hour or so later all the kids were home, and I really didn't have time to make contact with you again until now and its time to put the baby to sleep for the night...lol. Busy days! I am happy to have found you Andy, frankly I have some very specific tastes, and sometimes enjoy getting a few snakes that are rather hard to find. I am attracted to many of the Asian varieties. My next acquisition will likely be the bamboo ratsnake P. laticinta and I know you have some of them as well. But for now I have to wait on that. My husband deserves a Borneo short tail female. I WILL CONTACT YOU AGAIN!  Please rest assured the order was everything I expected, (because I have done my research) and much more in the case of the fire skinks. I have purchased a Sunbeam in far worse shape than those you sent, so overall this was great for me. It has been a very pleasant experience doing business with you, and God bless! So, this was my first time doing so and after speaking with fellow herpers, checking the BBB website, and just doing "research" all around, I took the chance. He was extremely helpful and understanding in my fear of shipping and purchasing something I had not actually viewed in person. But, more importantly, the first one that came out of its bag was soooo much better looking in person than the photos he took. The Tropidolaemus wagleri is stunning. She has amazing colors and besides from being stressed out and pissed off, is wonderful. The Trimeresurus popereoum had accents of blue in her and was in exceptional shape. A much brighter green than I thought I was aquiring. Ray reassured me that I would not be displeased and he was/is right. Obviously, its only been 3 days since I aquired these two new additions and they have not really had time to acclimate themselves or a chance to feed them, but, thus-far, I am very pleased. I will def. be telling fellow herpers about this exceptional business deal I had and that I plan to continue doing more business with you all and ray especially.
